To Purchase Firearms:  No criminal record. Maryland residents must
possess Handgun Qualification License (HQL) or be an exception per
law.  To Be a Designated Collector to purchase more than one
handgun in a 30 day period.  21 years of age to purchase handguns or
handgun ammunition. 18 years of age to purchase long guns. Additional

application number will be assigned and a PIN number will be provided
via your e-mail address shortly after completion.  These numbers are
necessary for the transfer process.  An external safety lock is necessary
for any handgun manufactured before December 31, 2002 and
integrated mechanical safety lock is necessary for a handgun
manufactured January 1, 2003.Fees will apply.
